May 1, 2011 saw the iconic MacKenzie Funeral Home of Stonewall, Teulon and Arborg, Manitoba change hands to Eirik and Lisa Bardal of Neil Bardal Funeral Centre of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Sisters Shari MacKenzie-Meyers and Roshelle MacKenzie-Kresnyak decided to sell after much thought, stating "it was just time to move on", in a July issue of The Stonewall Teulon Tribune.
Along with Eirik and Lisa, Ken Loehmer remains as General Manager. Stefan Campbell joined the Funeral Home in May. They continue to serve with the care the community has come to expect.
